Having come from a background of full service design agencies, we know how to do everything in-house, but one of our major strengths, is finding the right people. Because Creative Generals live by the notion that you find the best person for the job, and then you get the hell out of their way.

Jamie Shek
Jamie heads up our digital strategy. With a background in Interaction Design and User Experience he introduces design thinking, the collaborative process by which the designer’s sensibilities and methods are employed to match people’s needs with what is technically feasible and a viable business strategy.
His human-centered approach to problem-solving helps people and organisations become more innovative, efficient and creative.
The Strategist
Spiro Papalas
Armed with a Diploma in Visual Arts and a Bachelor Design: Visual Communication from Monash University, and after 20 years around the traps, Spiro has become an experienced Director with a demonstrated history of working in the graphic design industry.
He is highly skilled in Typography, Brand Implementation, Print Collateral, and Creative Campaigns & Strategy.
Special Ops
Dave Fry
Dave is a fully-qualified brand designer and creative lead with maximum impact. For over 20 years, he has obtained experience in renowned studios throughout Melbourne, demonstrating wide expertise in brand design, motion design & digital creation.
Dave displays a range of skills that include packaging through to brand implementation, marketing and strategic process, concept and idea generation, as well as client liaison and workshop involvement. In more recent years, motion design and brand storytelling has become a more of a focus. Armed with all the right tools for the trade, Dave is ready to take on the next strategic project, no matter how big the operation is!
The Frontline
Kelsey Moir
Joining forces with us, Kelsey is a Digital and Graphic Designer, Illustrator and brand enthusiast who has a diverse range of experience across both print and digital design arenas.
She brings with her a spiritual balance of perspective. With a combination of great design and emotive storytelling, her work touches the heart! Empathy is at the core of this intuitive skill, along with good ears and collaboration. Kelsey loves finding the beauty in almost everything.
